Enquiry privacy information
How your enquiry information is used.
This notice explains the Sunlands Solar enquiry workflow. Contact support@sunlandssolar.com or 0487 649 747 with questions about your information.
01
Information supplied with an enquiry
When you submit a website enquiry, Sunlands Solar receives your contact details, property and system answers, enquiry permission, source/referral details and submission time. If you choose to add assessment answers, notes or an electricity bill, these are attached to your saved enquiry.
An electricity bill is optional. Only provide information needed for your assessment. Keep copies of documents you need and avoid including unrelated sensitive information.
02
Assessment and follow-up
Your details are used to assess suitability, discuss your enquiry, prepare a quote and manage follow-up. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up to unrelated marketing.
Website enquiries are stored in Sunlands Solar’s Homebase CRM using Supabase hosting and database services. Access is restricted to its authorised Homebase workspace. Technical service providers support storage, hosting and delivery.
03
Enquiries made through Meta
If you use a Sunlands Solar form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta processes your submission under its own notices as well. Sunlands Solar receives the fields you submit and available source/form identifiers and timestamps, and may import them into the same enquiry workflow.
A subsequent conversation may be needed to confirm property ownership, installation location and system requirements. Do not treat platform-prefilled contact or location information as a completed technical assessment.
04
Questions, access and correction
Contact support@sunlandssolar.com or call 0487 649 747 to ask about the information associated with your enquiry, request a correction, raise a privacy concern or discuss removal. Please provide enough information to locate the enquiry; avoid sending an electricity bill again unless it is needed.
This page describes the enquiry workflow. Other product, installer, finance or platform services may have their own notices and terms, which should be reviewed when those services are used.
