Solar Sales Consultant

We place immense value in providing our solar consultants with autonomy in there role and providing them with all the training and product knowledge necessary to be able to cater to every clients needs. We frequently hear the complaint from solar sales reps that solar companies are unfortunately not providing them with flexibility and autonomy in their role. They feel that they have no choice but to work within a confined box rather than allow them the autonomy to create tailored solutions for their clients needs.

 

We don't give our design and consulting/sales team the common one-size-fits-all solar solution. If you're a sales person that has a desire to genuinely help clients by listening to them and designing a creating custom proposals that match your clients desires and not just push generic packages we want to hear from you.

Marketing Specialist

Our team is seeking an expert in marketing for the Sunlands brand. Our marketing strategy is for the marketing team to work closely with the sales team and the appointment setters to continually tweak the marketing strategy to best represent what Sunlands Solar does better than any other solar retailer.

The target customers for Sunlands Solar are savvy consumers who understand that for them to get long-term savings and results on their solar investment they need to have a consultation with an expert to design a system that is customised for their home and energy usage profile and not just a generic bottom of the barrel solar system.

 

Appointment Setter

The appointment setters' role is to speak with clients that have expressed interest in going solar either through a referral or by filling out one of our quote forms designed by the marketing team. 

The appointment setter's role is to first, qualify that the customer is qualified for a consultation prior to booking the appointment so that the sales team is exclusively speaking to people who are qualified for and interested in going solar. 

The appointment setter ensures that the clients have a full understanding of what a consultation with us involves and communicates with the sales team to ensure that the appointments that they set are taken care of
